Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective products.

Contact our support team at hello@pawshpups.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or scents. Contact us and we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.
